Introducing the Seeka TV Creator Studio

Seeka TV Creator Studio is an online application for managing your web series on Seeka TV. This portal enables you to upload your media assets and meta-data, prepare episodes for launch, and see how audiences are receiving your show once they have launched.

You can easily access the Seeka TV Creator Studio once you are logged in at https://watch.seeka.tv. Click your profile image and it appears in the user menu as shown below.

To get access, someone at programming@seeka.tv needs to set you up as a creator. Otherwise, you will not see this menu item, even when logged in.

BETA NOTES: You will see notes like this throughout this documentation. The Seeka TV Creator Studio is currently in beta and you will almost certainly encounter issues where the UI could be easier to use or where there are outright bugs. We'll flag the known ones as BETA NOTES, but please report any issues you encounter via this Helpdesk. That includes feature requests or things that just aren't intuitive.

BETA NOTE: Only Chrome is fully tested. There is a known bug with Safari and somewhat large (> 1.5 GB) uploads. Microsoft Edge may have some display quirks and Firefox and Opera are currently unknown quantities.
